Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Will I have somewhere to lock my valuables?

A: Yes, you have a personal closet that can be locked with a
padlock. You should bring your own padlock.

Q: Can I have visitors?

A: You can have visitors during the hours of 10am – 11pm.
There are no overnight guests allowed.

Q: Do I have to pay a security deposit?

A: Yes, we require that you leave a US$ 100 security deposit
against any possible damages.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?

A: Yes. Our student residence is located in Recoleta, one of
the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.

Q: Are meals included?

A: No, but you have access to a full kitchen, refrigerators
and personal lockers for dry food.

Q: Are there curfews?

A: No, you can come and go as you please.

Q: Where are the other residents from? How old are they?

A: We house international students from all over the world
and the majority are between 18 and 28.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve my place at the Road House?

A: Yes, we require a deposit of US$ 50 to reserve your place.
This deposit goes toward your total room charge. This deposit can be paid online by credit card.

Q: Are the bathrooms shared?

A: Yes, ample bathrooms and showers are shared between the residents.

Q: How can I pay for my room?

A: You can pay for the room before arrival by credit card or upon arrival in cash.
